I’ve made various citrus based bitters over the years and this is my current 2023 batch made from Citrus I gathered on the road last year on friends’ farms on the west coast. Mint and Lemon Balm were grown organically at Grey Owl Garden in Paonia, Colorado and the Juniper berries were wildcrafted in Nevada, Utah and western Colorado.
