Juniper Berries Juniperus utahensis and communis, Piñon Pine pitch, cone and needle Pinus edulis and monophylla, Yarrow, GF vodka, Brandy, Apple Cider Vinegar, honey.

This bitters blend captures two trees that love to grow together in the deserts of the West. It features Juniper berries infused in honey and tinctured in vodka alongside Piñon Pine pitch collected from fallen cones and freshly harvest needles in Spring infused in organic apple cider vinegar and vodka.

This version of Piñon Juniper bitters we’ve created was made in small batches on the Colorado Plateau and the Great Basin Desert.
